The food was great, margaritas nice and strong. When I'm NY I'll be there. The gentleman that was singing did a great job. I would recommend this place.

I will always vouch for this place until it does not exist anymore. I have eaten at Estrellita since I was 8 years old. The recipe has never changed and the food has gotten better. The chips and salsa before they give you food, has gotten better with time. And the prices were good, but now they're a little bit expensive. A taco used to be 2.50, and now it's 4.75. I get it, inflation, but still, I want cheap tacos lol. It's okay though. The service is usually friendly, but could be much more positive. The ambiance is clean and nothing less.
This feels like the type of Mexican restaurant I grew up going to. The day I went there was live music, lots of people chatting and laughing, and the smell of delicious food. The service is great and the food tastes even better. Definitely worth a visit
Very good restaurant, nicely decorated and spacious. Food was great. Camita was so good, soft crunchy and filling. Best of all served warm/hot. Chips and salsa were ok, the salsa tray has great combinations. Servers were busy on a Sunday afternoon. Services was a bit wonky , not sure if the place didn't have a manager on duty. Luckily the food was good and the aguas frescas too. Def recommend. I,d just say arrive early,
The birria tacos were not the best. But they were good. The consume was decent. The birria may not be the best thing to order but i will be back to try new things because i liked the vibe and location of this place.
